Honor Our Service Men and Women with the Avenue of Flags program.

For $50.00 (per flag)/ year, the Vandalia Butler Optimist Club will place a 3′ x 5′ flag in front of your home or business for the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Flag Day
• July 4th
• Labor Day
• Veteran’s Day

The Vandalia Butler Optimist Club will install the flags about 5 days before the holiday and will return to remove the flags about 5 days after the holiday.  The Optimist Club will install the special ground sleeve in your yard to hold the flag.  The Optimist Club will also handle storing the flags between holidays for you.   For more details, you can email our committee chair John Porter at  JPorter@butlertownship.com or flags@vandaliabutleroptimistclub.org.
